Creatine Needed In Order to Support Knuckles

By Rob Sutter

When you think about "Sonic the Hedgehog," I'm sure that the aspect of speed comes about more than anything else. After all, Sonic moves at breakneck paces and not many characters are going to be able to match him. However, there are other characters in the games that do not have that same ability but make up for it in other ways. Knuckles, for instance, is all about fighting and power, which is why I suggested that he uses creatine for added support.

Sonic's skill lies mostly in the prospect of speed but I'd be lying if I said that Knuckles is a copy in that regard. Instead, he utilizes power, throwing fists left and right in the way of combat in order to see success. I always enjoyed his character more so than Sonic's but I believe that his look, which differed immensely from the blue hedgehog's, helped. I think that another trait of his should be looked as well and that is his propensity to glide.

Knuckles seems to do well when it comes to gliding, which is something that can be attributed to eagles, vultures, or just about any creature with long wingspans. In addition, he could do this in a quick manner and not many other creatures can match up to his speed in the air, perhaps not even Sonic. However, I'm sure people on the outside looking in may make the claim that this isn't realistic. My only response is, "when do video games have to be realistic?"

The game that Knuckles has always played, though, was strength and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Maybe one day he'll feel like he's low on energy, which could negatively impact such actions as his punches. When it comes to helping the muscles in order to perform such acts, I think that creatine can be made use of in this regard. With companies like the Muscular Development Store serving to grant these substances to consumers, I don't think that there's a better choice to make.

Creatine stands as a fine supplement to utilize if it means that muscle is going to be built over the course of time. Athletes and bodybuilders need them to maintain appearances and keep up their strength, the latter of which I imagine Knuckles would like to pay more attention to. He needs to stay in the best condition imaginable, which comes from the proper training and diet. In the case of his diet, a little help can potentially go a long way.
