It's not uncommon for me to be amazed what female competitors can do in wrestling because they are trained and efficient, just as much as the men are. In fact, I'd like to think that a good number of them are even more so, though one wouldn't be able to tell this by simply observing TV. It's tough to come across televised bouts these days where the ladies receive sufficient time to compete. Nonetheless, these girls are tough and one female in particular could market lifting kettlebell weights.
The female participant that I am referring to is Natalya Neidhart, who comes from quite a powerful wrestling pedigree. As part of the illustrious Hart clan in Canada, she's a third-generation competitor and her father was quite victorious as a tag team competitor in WWE before her. She most definitely inherited those wrestling-related strengths, not only showcasing great finesse but power at the same time. The concern that I have, though, is why hasn't she been given more time to show why she's been one of the most capable performers in the past number of years?
If you had to ask me what I thought the reason was, I would have to chalk it up to the idea of female competitors not being worthy of the time. To me, though, this is a horrible idea because I know that these ladies can work well in the ring. They've shown that they could have good matches when allowed the time but for some reason, the company decides to cast that idea aside. Wouldn't viewers typically enjoy a more high-stakes contest than a poorly executed comedy sketch?
Natalya could definitely be the one who would go about lifting kettlebell weights more than just about any female in the company. She's perhaps the strongest female in the company, meshing both aesthetics and power. As far as her in-ring skill in concerned, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who is better at what she does than her. I think that when it comes to the ladies who could make use of the methods suggested by companies the likes of Lorna, she would be ideal.
It's not like the other Divas aren't capable of going about the same types of exercises but I feel as though Natalya has the best chance of utilizing them. She's already physically apt when going into just any match. Though, I think that lifting kettlebell weights is something that can help her out even more so, permitting every part of the body to be helped. I don't know if there's an additional kind of exercise that would be better fitted to help her in becoming stronger.
