P90X Version 3.0 Is Better Than The Original P90X

By Dirk Wade

P90X or Power 90 Extreme was developed by Tony Horton in 2002. The program consist of cross training exercises that are designed to stretch for 90 days. It is ideally suited for a home gym or living room workout regime. P90X comes with 12-DVD sets that include numerous exercises such as weight training, strength training, pilates, plyometrics and many more high intensity workouts. The program also includes an additional dietary nutrition supplement plan for the benefit of the user.

The P90X program has proven to burn fat fast, build muscle in the process and help to sculpt an attractive body in the process. One of the most common complaints from the users of the program is that it is very tough to practice. Most of the exercises in the program are of 60-minutes or more duration. This makes it difficult for most busy people to perform the workouts on a regular basis. The program should be practiced on a regular basis if you are to achieve the best results from the workouts.

The original program or the P90X is designed with cross training and periodization workouts for the maximum benefit of the user. Even though this program was helping people to achieve better results with their health and physique, most people would use the "lack of time" as an excuse to not follow the program to the letter. This was the main reason that made Tony to release P90X Version 3.0 in December 2013.

This has eliminated the ability for any person to use "lack of time" as an excuse to not perform the workouts. Even the busiest person in the world could squeeze in 30-minutes per day for working out effectively. The P90X Version 3.0 has helped to attract the workout pro as well as the newbie in sculpting the perfect body. This is why the P90X Version 3.0 is better than the original P90X.

This program also adds 3 more workouts to than the original P90x, and the more variety the better! Instead of your body becoming accustomed to the exercise sequence, and you become bored and lazy, you'll find yourself with new challenges and more variety!
