Regular exercise also helps lower the level of bad cholesterol in the human body. And increase that of good cholesterol.

Exercise also helps in development of stronger bones and other tissue in the body. Tissues such as joints, tendons and ligaments too get stronger. This reduces the chances that one gets an injury. Taking part in exercise also helps one to maintain a healthy body weight. Conditions such as obesity are never a bother for one that does exercise. Exercise ensures not just proper use of nutrients but also removal of wastes from the body.

Exercise enhances the relaxation and sleeping tendencies of a person. It helps in relieving stress from the body and other forms of negative energy. Exercise does away with depression too and improves appearance of one. Exercise is also very crucial for proper delivery of babies. Therefore, adapting to a healthy life style is one of the best decisions that one can make today.
