The bandages already include in them clips which can be used also in fastening. You can obtain the pins in a store or you may already have those in the sewing kit.

Moreover, you must also obtain the needed solutions which are available in stores but you may also constitute your personal formulation. First, you should obtain the ingredients that will be added. The fractions would be dependent on your health needs as well as your preferences when it comes to aromatherapy.

One more thing that you should be informed about is that you must also have a PVC suit that is used for working out which can be bought in stores for sporting goods. This is not very pricey and its material is rubber like which is effective in promoting sweating. This is not among those sweat suits which are made of fleece but this is secured by strings or velcro too.

Then, you will have to determine where you will be applying the pieces because you would have to switch heater and regulate it to the proper temperature. You may also choose to stay in the bathroom and you can bring therein a small and portable heater. Doing this will prevent you from feeling chilly during the application.

You would then be ready to get all the things together for the wrapping so that you will be able to complete the whole set up. You may also get some books to ready which can preoccupy you when you wait while the application is being done. Then, the solutions you got would be mixed all together with hot water.

When you pour the solution into an ice chest or a bucket, it would be at a level which allows it to have the bandages soaked. Adjusting the temperature might also be necessary to avoid burning your skin or you may add cool water into the solution. Do not remove them until they have absorbed the solution.

Furthermore, you need to wrap your body with these tightly but avoid making it too much that it will block your circulation. Start with your lower legs and end right on top of the knee and do this alternately for each limb. Any skin should not be exposed but they should be covered.
